At the end of May, we listened to the compositions of the famous Estonian composer Arvo Pärt in Košice. His compositions were performed by the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir.
On June 26, 2025, we again had the opportunity to experience Pärt’s compositions, which this time were performed by the Estonian vocal ensemble Vox Clamantis. The venue of the concert, the Great Evangelical Church in Bratislava, added an exceptional atmosphere, where every note sounded very clear and incredibly strong.
The Estonian Honorary Consulate in Slovakia, in cooperation with the Bratislava classical music festival VIVA Musica! and the companies ABC KLÍMA and TZB Global, organized a Glass of Wine for all its business partners and then a Pärt concert.
On this occasion, Ms. Annika Luiga, Second Secretary (political, economic and consular affairs; Austria, Switzerland), and Mr. Veikko Montonen, Counsellor (international organizations; Slovakia), also traveled to Slovakia from nearby Vienna.
Vox Clamantis undoubtedly enchanted Bratislava with their singing and we are glad that we could be part of this experience.
